How to Order

Pick the size and material for your Big Check:

We offer a variety of different check sizes to fit different needs of our customers. The Big Checks come in 16"X32, 18"x36, 22"x48, 30"x60" and 47"x94". Choose the size depending on your needs such as how large the presentation will be, how many people will be holding the Big Check.

The most popular materials are Economy Board and PVC Board, we also offer Roll Up* and Enviroboard materials*

Design your Check Online or Upload your print ready file:

We supply a user friendly design online program that has hundreds of backgrounds, colors and template choices. You can customize you check anyway you'd like, add your own images or logos too! We recommend creating an account to save your Big Check designs, this way you can return to it if needed or re-use it again in the future. Design your check, then add to your cart!

If you have a print ready file, great, upload it and add the check to your cart!

Place Your Order:

Go through the check out prompts to place your order. Once you place your order our 5 Star Customer Service Team will start working on it right away, during normal business hours.

Email Proof: 

Our graphics department will review and set up your proof in our preflight program. If our team happens to notice anything wrong with your artwork they will notify you at the time of proofing. You'll receive a link via email to review your proof. The email will be coming from graphics@bluewaveprinting.com. Review the proof carefully, review any notes, if any our team has left you in the program. At that point you can either reject the proof and provide a new file or you can approve the proof

Proof Approval:

We will not move any orders into printing without your approval. If you have not received a proof please check your spam/junk folder, as it sometimes ends up there. If you still don't see it please contact your customer service representative so they can re-send it.

Printing:

We work pretty quickly over here, once you approve of your proof your order goes right into production to begin printing.

Boxing:

Once your order is finished printing and our production team has looked it over to ensure it meets our high quality standards we will box up your order and prepare it for shipping.

Shipped:

Your order will be picked up by FedEx at the end of the business day.

Tracking:

Once FedEx picks your package up and scans it in it will trigger our system to send you the tracking information and expected delivery date. Keep track of your package, in the event there are any delays you can be on top of it.
